Heb je ervaring met betonwerken en wil je werken aan projecten die technisch uitdagend én zichtbaar impactvol zijn? Dan is deze functie wat jij zoekt!

Voor complexe beton- en ruwbouwprojecten in regio Gent zoeken we een ervaren ploegbaas die zijn technische kennis combineert met leiderschap op de werf.

Je werkt mee aan betonherstel en ruwbouwtechnieken waarbij kwaliteit, veiligheid en teamwork centraal staan.

Jouw uitdaging:

  • Uiteenlopende betonwerken en hersteltechnieken: Betonherstel en structurele renovaties Bekistingswerken en giettechnieken Injectietechnieken bij betonstructuren Herstel van bestaande constructies met oog voor duurzaamheid en detail
  • Leiding nemen op de werf Als ploegbaas ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van jouw team. Organiseert en coördineert de werkzaamheden op de werf Verdeelt taken en bewaakt de voortgang Motiveert en begeleidt jouw ploeg
  • Communicatie en samenwerking Je bent de schakel tussen de werf en de werfleiding en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking. Je overlegt met werfleiding en projectverantwoordelijken + met jouw team Je denkt actief mee over praktische oplossingen over de werf.
  • Veiligheid, orde en kwaliteit Veilig werken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Waakt over veiligheidsvoorschriften en procedures Zorgt voor een nette en georganiseerde werkplek Levert kwalitatief en nauwkeurig werk af
  • Een technische achtergrond in bouw of ruwbouw
  • Kennis van of ervaring met: bekisting, injecties of giettechnieken
  • Goede kennis Nederlands
