Organiseren en plannen Jij houdt onze werven op koers. Je maakt een duidelijke planning, stemt de verschillende werkzaamheden op elkaar af en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat wanneer moet gebeuren. Je denkt vooruit en grijpt tijdig in wanneer iets dreigt af te wijken.

Coördineren en controleren Van ruwbouw tot afwerking: jij bewaakt het overzicht over jouw projecten. Je stuurt onze eigen mensen en onderaannemers aan, volgt de uitvoering nauwgezet op en waakt over planning, veiligheid én kwaliteit.

Kwaliteit bewaken Een woning moet niet alleen op tijd klaar zijn, ze moet vooral goed gebouwd zijn. Je hebt oog voor detail, merkt problemen op vóór ze problemen worden en neemt geen genoegen met half werk. Die kwaliteitsmentaliteit zit ook bij ons in het DNA.

Samenwerken en communiceren Als werfleider ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt op de werf. Je communiceert vlot met collega's, onderaannemers, architecten, leveranciers en bouwheren. Je houdt van korte lijnen, duidelijke afspraken en samen oplossingen zoeken.

Verantwoordelijkheid nemen Je krijgt bij ons het vertrouwen om jouw werven zelfstandig te organiseren. Dat betekent vrijheid, maar ook verantwoordelijkheid. Je durft beslissingen nemen, neemt initiatief en voelt je betrokken bij het eindresultaat.

  • Je hebt een bouwkundige opleiding of relevante ervaring binnen de woningbouw.
  • Ervaring als werfleider is uiteraard een plus, maar vooral jouw technisch inzicht en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel zijn belangrijk.
  • Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren en kunt verschillende partijen tegelijk aansturen.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en respectvol, maar durft ook knopen door te hakken wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je hebt een sterk oog voor kwaliteit en afwerking.
  • Je denkt in oplossingen en houdt het hoofd koel wanneer een werf eens anders loopt dan gepland.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar maakt tegelijk graag deel uit van een hecht team.
