Voor een stabiele en groeiende bouwonderneming actief in woning- en appartementsbouw zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Werfleider.

Als werfleider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de praktische organisatie en het dagelijkse beheer van één of meerdere werven. Je werkt hoofdzakelijk op de werf en vormt een sterke tandem met de projectleider, die instaat voor de administratieve en financiële opvolging. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat elk project tijdig, kwalitatief en binnen budget wordt opgeleverd.

Jouw takenpakket als werfleider:

  • Dagelijkse leiding en aansturing van eigen bouwvakkers en onderaannemers
  • Actief meewerken op de werf waar nodig
  • Voorzien en controleren van het nodige materiaal en materieel
  • Toezien op veiligheid (VCA), kwaliteit en correcte uitvoering
  • Waken over orde en netheid op de werf
  • Opvolgen van de planning en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Regelmatig overleg met de projectleider over de voortgang van de werken

Je krijgt een functie met verantwoordelijkheid en impact, binnen een omgeving waar efficiëntie, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan.

Dit kan jij afvinken als werfleider:

  • Ervaring in de bouwsector, bij voorkeur in woning- en appartementsbouw
  • Minstens enkele jaren ervaring in een leidinggevende rol op de werf
  • In het bezit van een geldig VCA-attest
  • Rijbewijs B
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Praktisch ingesteld en bereid om zelf mee te werken
  • Sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • In staat om arbeiders te motiveren en aan te sturen
  • Probleemoplossend, proactief en organisatorisch sterk
  • Bereid om vroeg te starten
  • Je houdt het overzicht, communiceert duidelijk en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid en kwaliteit steeds prioriteit krijgen.
