Als werfleider ben jij een sleutelpersoon op onze werven. Je vormt de verbindende schakel tussen werf, productie en directie en zorgt ervoor dat elk project vlot, veilig en kwalitatief verloopt — van de eerste ruwbouwwerken tot en met de afwerking. Jouw takenpakket

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van één of meerdere werven
  • Je maakt de kortetermijnplanning op: inplannen van arbeiders en onderaannemers bestellen en opvolgen van materiaal en materieel
  • Je werkt mee aan de financiële opvolging en controles van het project
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken en rapporteert hierover aan de projectleider
  • Je stuurt onze arbeiders en onderaannemers aan en zorgt voor een efficiënte inzet op de werf
  • Je volgt het project van begin tot einde op en denkt actief mee over oplossingen en verbeteringen
  • Je beschikt over ervaring of een sterke bouwtechnische achtergrond (pluspunt)
  • Je hebt de drive en het leiderschap om arbeiders en onderaannemers aan te sturen, ook op grotere werven
  • Je hebt een sterk kwaliteitsbesef en denkt op lange termijn
  • Je bent communicatief, stressbestendig en pakt problemen praktisch aan
  • Je brengt een gezonde dosis enthousiasme en verantwoordelijkheidszin mee
