De functie inhoud Wat doe jij als Werfleider in de regio Lokeren?

  • Je neemt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over jouw werven: je organiseert, controleert en stuurt bij van het eerste grondverzet tot de oplevering.
  • Je volgt de planning nauwgezet op en coördineert de uitvoerders en arbeiders ter plaatse zodat deadlines gehaald worden.
  • Je maakt de afrekeningen op en verwerkt de nodige administratie die bij jouw projecten hoort.
  • Je neemt actief deel aan planningsvergaderingen op kantoor en schakelt vlot tussen werf en overleg.
  • Je werkt binnen de sectoren grondwerken, wegenis- en rioleringswerken en krijgt zo een gevarieerd pakket aan projecten.

Onze klant De klant is een gevestigd familiebedrijf in de bouwsector regio Lokeren met meer dan twee decennia ervaring in grondwerken, infrastructuurwerken en afbraakprojecten. Wat begon als een kleinschalige onderneming, groeide uit tot een ploeg van zo'n zeventig medewerkers die dagelijks samen bouwen aan uiteenlopende projecten. De familiale _oots zijn nog steeds voelbaar: beslissingen worden snel genomen, lijnen zijn kort en er is echte aandacht voor de mensen op de werkvloer. Naast de kernactiviteiten is het bedrijf ook actief in de recyclagesector, wat voor extra projectdiversiteit zorgt.
