The posting

Als werfleider afbraak ben jij de spilfiguur op de werf. Je zorgt voor een vlotte coördinatie van de projecten, vanaf de opstart tot de oplevering.

Op onze afbraakwerven ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het veilig en correct ontmantelen en slopen van gebouwen en panden. Samen met jouw team zorg je voor een zorgvuldige verwerking van de afvalstromen en waken jullie over elkaars veiligheid. De afbraakwerken omvatten ontmanteling, asbestverwijdering en zowel bovengrondse als ondergrondse sloopwerken.

Wij zijn erkend asbestverwijderaar en bieden de nodige opleidingen en attesten aan. Ons ervaren team van asbestverwijderaars staat steeds klaar om jou te ondersteunen.

Jouw taken:

  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor arbeiders, onderaannemers, bewoners, studiebureaus en besturen.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan de groei van onze organisatie door jouw inzichten en ervaring te delen.
  • Samen met de directie en jouw projectleider bewaak je het werfbudget en bespreek je maandelijks de resultaten.
  • Je staat in voor de opmaak en opvolging van meet- en vorderingsstaten, ondersteund door onze administratieve medewerkers.
  • Je geeft leiding aan een team van gemotiveerde arbeiders en onderaannemers.
  • Je garandeert een efficiënte, veilige en stipte uitvoering van de afbraakwerken.

Uiteraard neem je ook deel aan werfvergaderingen én woon je wekelijks de planningsvergadering in Oostende bij (op woensdag).

Je collega werfleiders werken nauw met jou samen en jullie ondersteunen elkaar waar nodig. Doorwinterd werfleider of 'vers in het vak', bij ons krijg je de nodige ondersteuning tijdens een onthaaltraject, maar staat de hoofdprojectleider je ook bij met raad en daad.

Dagelijks sta je ook in contact met collega's van onze andere diensten. Denk maar aan de technische dienst, het magazijn, calculators, onze IT-dienst, de milieucoördinator, preventieadviseur, personeelsdienst... Een afwisselende job met verantwoordelijkheid en veel contact? t' Is hier dat je moet zijn!

  • Je heb een masterdiploma bouwkunde.
  • Pro-actief en probleemoplossend ingesteld.
  • Een gezonde portie humor.
  • Je bent sociaal en belt graag. :-)
  • Je durft initiatief nemen en verantwoordelijkheid te dragen.
  • Je bent een people manager, kan jouw team goed aansturen en gaat met hun feedback aan de slag.
