Voor onze klant is een groeiende en familiale KMO actief in afbraakwerken, nutsvoorzieningen en omgevingswerken zijn we op zoek naar een Werfleider Afbraakwerken. In deze rol ondersteun je de voorbereiding, organisatie en opvolging van ontmantelingswerven en werk je nauw samen met de projectleider en collega’s binnen het demontageteam én de bredere organisatie. Binnen deze rol is er een aantrekkelijk loonpakket (€2400 - €4000 bruto, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring). Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar iedereen elkaar kent en samenwerking centraal staat. De functie inhoud Wat houdt de functie van (Junior) Werfleider Afbraakwerken in?

  • Voorbereiding van afbraakwerven via plaatsbezoeken, het verzamelen van informatie en het opvragen en vergelijken van offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Voorbereiden en mee opvolgen van werfvergaderingen in ondersteuning van de projectleider.
  • Dagelijkse opvolging van de werven met aandacht voor voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Coördinatie van planning en logistiek, inclusief leveringen, materiaalvoorziening en intern en extern transport.
  • Beheer van werfinrichting, signalisatie, afbakening, materiaal en machines.
  • Ondersteuning van de projectleider bij calculaties, prijsvragen, ramingen, vorderingsstaten en facturatievoorbereiding.

  • Een bouwgerelateerd diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring in werfleiding.
  • Gestructureerde, praktische en communicatieve werkstijl.
  • Bereidheid om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en de leiding te nemen op de werf.
  • Basiskennis van bouwadministratie.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en sterke teamgeest.
  • Flexibele ingesteldheid en geen probleem met vroeg starten.
