De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging, optimalisatie en realisatie van jouw toegewezen infrastructuur - en omgevingswerven.
  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse leiding op de werf: organisatie, coördinatie en bewaakt de voortgang en kwaliteit.
  • De vlotte schakel tussen de bouwheer, architect, leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Je rapporteert aan de projectleider.

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in een bouwtechnische richting.
  • Je hebt reeds een leidinggevend VCA attest.
  • Grote interesse en passie voor interesse in infra, afbraak en bouwwerken.
  • Met jouw vlotte babbel onderhoudt je de contacten met alle betrokken partijen waaronder de bouwheer, de architecten, de leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Je werkt graag proactief en anticipeert op mogelijke problemen.
