Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Jij stuurt effectief en kwalitatief jouw eigen ploeg van elektriciens aan, maar ook eventuele onderaannemers die bij projecten betrokken zijn.
  • De dagelijkse regie op de bouwplaats voeren, waarin zowel zelfstandigheid als teamwork essentieel is.
  • Jij bent de contactpersoon op het bouwterrein voor de projectleider, de onderaannemer en de klant.
  • Je beoogt de kwaliteit van het werk.
  • Veiligheid staat centraal, dus jij kijkt erop toe dat iedereen verantwoord werkt.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bestellen van de materialen.
  • Eventuele problemen voor een tijdige oplevering opmerken en rapporteren aan de projectmanager.
  • Goede communicatie van alle werkzaamheden, zowel naar de klant als intern.
  • Je hebt een opleiding A1 of A2 genoten in een technisch gebied of hebt al ervaring opgedaan in een soortgelijke job.
  • Ruime ervaring met het leiden en motiveren van een team medewerkers.
  • Stressbestendig en in staat om zorgvuldig te organiseren.
  • Een echte customer mindset: de klant en het team waarmee je de klus gaat klaren is alles voor jou.
  • Je bezit een geldig rijbewijs B & een geldig VCA attest.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt zeer goed Nederlands.
