The posting

Als werfleider zorg je voor een veilige, efficiënte en goed georganiseerde uitvoering van de werf. Je bent de schakel tussen de werf, de productie en de projectleiding en bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit en voortgang van het project. Je stuurt arbeiders en onderaannemers aan zodat zij optimaal ingezet worden en werkt mee aan projecten van ruwbouw tot afwerking.

De belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de korte termijnplanning voor arbeiders, onderaannemers, materiaal en materieel.
  • Uitvoeren van financiële controles tijdens de werfopvolging.
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken en rapporteren aan de projectleider.
  • Aansturen van arbeiders en onderaannemers voor een efficiënte inzet op de werf.
  • Meewerken aan projecten van ruwbouw tot volledige afwerking.
  • Als werfleider optreden als eerste aanspreekpunt op de werf en zorgen voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking.
  • Graduaat of industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Bij voorkeur vijf jaar relevante ervaring als werfleider binnen klasse 8 projecten.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en je kan je uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Drive om arbeiders en onderaannemers op grote werven te sturen.
  • Communicatief, stressbestendig en enthousiast ingesteld.
  • Bereid om je te verplaatsen naar werven in Vlaanderen en Brussel.
  • Als werfleider beschik je over de organisatorische en technische vaardigheden om projecten veilig en kwalitatief te realiseren.
