Ben jij een gedreven werfleider in de regio Antwerpen die op zoek is naar een uitdagende voltijdse functie in de bouwsector? Wil je jouw passie voor residentiële bouwprojecten omzetten in praktijk en deel uitmaken van een team waar jouw groei en ontwikkeling centraal staan? In de rol van werfleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en coördinatie van het bouwterrein. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Het aansturen en motiveren van personeel en onderaannemers.
  • Het waarborgen van veiligheid en kwaliteit op de bouwplaats.
  • Het schakelen tussen verschillende verantwoordelijkheden en het fungeren als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw team.

Heb je ervaring met het managen van bouwprojecten? Ben je in staat om goed om te gaan met stress en onverwachte situaties? Beschik je over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden om je team te inspireren? Dan ben jij de werfleider die wij zoeken!

Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die voldoet aan het volgende profiel:

  • Afgestudeerd als bachelor of master in de bouwkunde, met een sterke basis in bouwtechnieken.
  • Bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring in de realisatie van grote bouwprojecten, zowel in beton als in afwerking.
  • Een natuurlijke leider met een passie voor de praktische aspecten van de bouw.
  • Bereid om in alle weersomstandigheden buiten te werken.
  • Assertief waar nodig, maar ook in staat om eigen fouten te erkennen.
  • Je hebt oog voor de mensen om je heen en draagt bij aan een positieve sfeer op de werf.
