Voor de opvolging van een grootschalig industrieel bouwproject zoeken we een werfleider die graag het overzicht bewaart op de werf en energie haalt uit leidinggeven op het terrein. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en samenwerking centraal staan. Vlakbij de Antwerpse haven.

De functie inhoud Wat deze job als werfleider inhoudt:

  • Dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van de werken op de werf
  • Coördinatie van ruwbouw- en betonwerken binnen een industrieel project
  • Aansturen en opvolgen van onderaannemers, arbeiders en ingezette middelen
  • Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en voortgang op het bouwterrein
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt op de werf voor alle betrokken partijen
  • Samenwerken met andere ervaren werfleiders binnen het projectteam

Ze realiseren uiteenlopende projecten, van complexe industriële werven tot grootschalige nieuwbouw en renovatie. Wie zich herkent in deze rol als werfleider:

  • Beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma bouwkunde
  • Interesse heeft in of een eerste ervaring meebrengt binnen grote bouw- of betonprojecten
  • Zich thuis voelt op de werf en graag praktisch en buiten werkt
  • Leiding durft te nemen en duidelijk communiceert op het terrein
  • Verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en ook kritisch naar het eigen werk kan kijken
  • Naast resultaten ook aandacht heeft voor samenwerking en werfsfeer
