Voor een sterk groeiende en financieel gezonde bouworganisatie zijn we op zoek naar een werfleider die verantwoordelijkheid wil opnemen in de afwerkingsfase van bouwprojecten. In deze rol combineer je technische opvolging met organisatie en administratie, en krijg je de kans om verder door te groeien richting projectleiding. Het bruto bedrag bedraagt €2400 - €3200 / maand, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring.

De functie inhoud Wat houdt de functie als (Junior) Werfleider in?

  • Mee verantwoordelijk zijn voor de opvolging en realisatie van projecten in afwerkingsfase, zowel technisch als administratief.
  • Praktische organisatie en dagelijkse opvolging van de werf, met aandacht voor planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Opnemen van technische en administratieve verantwoordelijkheden binnen het project.
  • Bijwonen van coördinatie- en werfvergaderingen, al dan niet samen met de projectleider.
  • Leiden van het project binnen de vooropgestelde timing en het afgesproken budget.
  • Rapporteren aan de (hoofd)projectleider en zaakvoerder.

  • Een opleiding bouwkunde (bachelor) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring als werfleider, ploegbaas of meestergast, met de ambitie om verder door te groeien.
  • Sterke organisatorische en planmatige aanpak.
  • Dynamische persoonlijkheid met leidinggevende capaciteiten.
  • In staat om zowel zelfstandig als in team te werken.
  • Cijfermatig inzicht en zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Affiniteit met een no-nonsense KMO-cultuur en teamwork.
