Zoek je een boeiende uitdaging in de bouwsector? Als Werfleider speel je een centrale rol op onze werven voor renovatie en transformatie. Deze functie stelt je in staat om je leiderschap volop te ontplooien, de technische opvolging te verzekeren en het directe aanspreekpunt te zijn voor alle betrokken partijen bij elk project.

Als Werfleider of chef van de werf zien jouw dagelijkse taken er als volgt uit:

  • Werfbeheer: Maken, organiseren, coördineren en opvolgen van transformatie- en algemene renovatiewerven van A tot Z.
  • Planning & Budget: Waken over de strikte naleving van de deadlijnen, de uitvoeringskwaliteit en het toegekende budget als projectcoördinator.
  • Teamcoördinatie: Sturen van teams op het terrein, aansturen van onderaannemers en zorgen voor een nauwkeurige opvolging van het materiaal.
  • Partnerschappen: Fungeren als de bevoorrechte gesprekspartner van architecten, bouwheren en studiebureaus tijdens werfvergaderingen.
  • Veiligheid & Kwaliteit: Garanderen dat de veiligheidsnormen en de afwerkingskwaliteit continu worden gerespecteerd.

Profiel

  • Solide, succesvolle ervaring als Werfleider, chef van de werf of projectleider in de bouw.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands of het Frans, met zeer goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Sterke leidinggevende capaciteiten, daadkracht en een groot organisatorisch vermogen.
  • Zeer goed technisch inzicht in plannen, opmetingen en renovatietechnieken in de bouw.
  • Rijbewijs B om je gemakkelijk te verplaatsen naar de verschillende werven.
  • Diploma van het niveau Bachelor of Master in de bouw / burgerlijke bouwkunde (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Kennis van het stedelijke weefsel en de specifieke kenmerken van de Brusselse bouwsector.
