Een succesvolle werf vraagt meer dan technische kennis alleen. Het vraagt iemand die vooruitdenkt, teams verbindt en de uitvoering van A tot Z bewaakt. Binnen een gespecialiseerde technische omgeving worden industriële, infrastructurele en offshore projecten gerealiseerd, met een sterke focus op mechanica, veiligheid en kwaliteit.

Door een groeiende projectportefeuille is er ruimte voor een ervaren Werfleider die projecten voorbereidt, opvolgt en coördineert. Je bewaart het overzicht, ondersteunt assistent-werfleiders en vormt de schakel tussen uitvoering, projectleiding en klant.

Werfleider - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je verzorgt de werkvoorbereiding van uiteenlopende technische projecten, stemt af met projectleiding en montageverantwoordelijken, organiseert materiaalstromen en zorgt ervoor dat de uitvoering zonder vertraging kan opstarten.
  • Je bewaakt de werfcoördinatie van verschillende projecten gelijktijdig, stuurt assistent-werfleiders aan, volgt voortgang en kwaliteit op en grijpt proactief in wanneer operationele uitdagingen zich voordoen.
  • Je versterkt het veiligheids- en kwaliteitsbeleid door risico's te evalueren, technische expertise te delen, teams te coachen en de uitvoering af te stemmen met klanten en andere betrokken partijen.

Werfleider - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een stevige technische kennis van mechanica en kan plannen, technische tekeningen en werfsituaties vlot interpreteren en beoordelen.
  • Je combineert een positieve ingesteldheid met natuurlijke leidinggevende vaardigheden, waardoor je teams weet aan te sturen, te motiveren en tegelijk duidelijke verwachtingen creëert.
  • Je brengt relevante praktijkervaring mee vanuit mechanische montage, onderhoud, service of werfopvolging en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar techniek en organisatie hand in hand gaan.
