Bij HEADHUNTER.Vlaanderen hebben we een samenwerking met verschillende bedrijven die actief zijn in de ruime bouw sector met o.a. kabel & leiding technieken, wegenwerken, civiele werken, spoorwegen en gebouwen maar ook bouwmaterialen, automatisatie processen & scheepsherstellingen.

Onze klant is een familiaal en groeiend bouwbedrijf gespecialiseerd in chape‑ en betonwerken en vloerisolatie voor zowel particuliere als industriële projecten. Door de groei van het bedrijf zijn ze op zoek naar een extra werfleider.

Als werfleider ben jij de verbindende kracht op onze werven. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een 10-15 tal werven.

  • Jij stuurt de dagelijkse uitvoering, bewaakt de planning en garandeert dat elke werf veilig, efficiënt en volgens onze hoge kwaliteitsnormen wordt opgeleverd.
  • Je bent aanwezig op het terrein, ondersteunt de ploeg technisch en onderhoudt duidelijke communicatie met klanten, leveranciers en de projectleider.
  • Opmetingen uitvoeren en passen uitzetten.
  • Technisch advies geven aan uitvoerders en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten, leveranciers en de interne projectleiding.
  • De voortgang opvolgen en ervoor zorgen dat materiaal en personeel tijdig aanwezig zijn.
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiënte uitvoering.
  • Aanspreekpunt zijn voor zowel de ploeg als de klant.
  • De operationele coördinatie van elk betonproject van A tot Z verzorgen.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole op de volledige uitvoering.
  • Aansturen, motiveren en coachen van het werfteam.
  • Coördinatie tussen voorbereiding, planning en uitvoering.
  • Toezicht houden op correcte werkprocedures en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Zorgen voor een tijdige en nauwkeurige oplevering van de werven.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring of een sterke interesse in betonwerken.
  • Ervaring in beton- of bouwwerken is een belangrijk voordeel.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je een technische achtergrond en/of genoot je een technische opleiding.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht en kan zelfstandig je taken opnemen.
  • Je kan een ploeg aansturen, motiveren en ondersteunen.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en klantgericht.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en gaat steeds voor het beste resultaat.
  • Kennis van de Nederlandse taal is noodzaak, je bent ook voldoende mondig en assertief om je uit te drukken in het Frans en/of Engels.
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in Groot Antwerpen, we houden ervan om je wekelijks op het hoofdkantoor te zien.
  • Je beschikt over een VCA-attest of bent bereid dit te behalen.
