Voor hun projecten zoeken ze een Werfleider met een sterk technisch inzicht en een talent voor organisatie. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van diverse installaties en zorg je ervoor dat alles volgens planning en kwaliteitsnormen verloopt. Je krijgt de kans om zelfstandig te werken binnen een ondersteunende en collegiale omgeving.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Verantwoordelijk voor verschillende werven in België, gericht op beveiliging zoals alarmsystemen, branddetectie, toegangscontrole enzoverder.
  • Voorbereiden van dossiers en plannen plannen in samenwerking met de projectleider.
  • Testen, controleren en evalueren van de installatie.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor techniekers op de werf, inclusief het geven van instructies en het opvolgen van de voortgang.
  • Regelmatige communicatie met de projectleider, samen uitvoeren van keuringen en opleveringen.
  • Je hebt een achtergrond in elektriciteit, automatisering of een vergelijkbaar technisch domein, of je beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Met jouw technische kennis en sterk inzicht werk je klantgericht en georganiseerd.
  • Je bent een teamspeler die anderen weet te inspireren en motiveren.
