The posting

Graag dicht bij de werf, de mensen en het resultaat van je werk? Bij dit familiale bouwbedrijf leid je projecten in villa- en appartementsbouw. Je werkt met ervaren collega’s, schakelt rechtstreeks met de zaakvoerder en ziet van dichtbij hoe jouw planning en beslissingen vorm krijgen op de werf.

Een bijzonder onderdeel van de projecten is prefab zichtbeton: architecturale betonelementen waarbij de uitvoering en afwerking precies moeten kloppen. Daar haal jij voldoening uit.

Wat ga je doen?

Je volgt de werven dagelijks op, voornamelijk in de regio Brugge, Veurne, De Panne en Diksmuide. Je zorgt dat mensen, materialen en planning op elkaar afgestemd zijn en stuurt bij wanneer dat nodig is.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de werf vooruitgaat en iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Dat betekent concreet:

  • Je bereidt nieuwe en lopende werven voor.
  • Je bestelt materialen en volgt de leveringen op.
  • Je stuurt arbeiders en onderaannemers aan.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de werken en de veiligheid op de werf.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de zaakvoerder.
  • Je krijgt de tijd en begeleiding om de projecten te leren kennen.

Past deze job bij jou?

  • Je hebt een bouwgerelateerde opleiding of relevante ervaring in de bouwsector.
  • Je begrijpt hoe het eraan toegaat op een werf, plant graag vooruit en communiceert helder met de mensen die het werk uitvoeren.
  • Interesse in ruwbouw en betonwerken is belangrijk.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B.
