In deze rol neem jij het voortouw bij de dagelijkse gang van zaken op de bouwplaats, waarbij je de volledige coördinatie van de werkzaamheden overziet van de eerste spade in de grond tot de definitieve oplevering.

  • Je bewaakt de uitvoeringsplanning nauwgezet en schakelt proactief met de projectleider bij eventuele afwijkingen zodat het project op schema blijft.
  • Je stuurt de onderaannemers en eigen vakmensen op een motiverende manier aan, waarbij je zorgt dat iedereen perfect weet wat er van hem verwacht wordt.
  • Je richt de werf efficiënt in en draagt zorg voor de werfinstallatie en de omheining, waardoor er altijd een georganiseerde werkplek is.
  • Je controleert de maatvoering en de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken met een kritisch oog, zodat het eindresultaat aan de hoogste standaarden voldoet.
  • Je handhaaft de richtlijnen rond kwaliteit, veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu strikt, zodat iedereen aan het einde van de dag weer gezond naar huis keert.

Profiel

Om de rol van werfleider tot een goed einde te brengen, zoeken we een organisatorisch talent dat stevig in zijn schoenen staat en rust brengt op een hectische bouwplaats.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor bouw of bent door relevante praktijkervaring op een gelijkwaardig niveau gekomen.
  • Nauwkeurig werken en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Ervaring met het leiden van diverse teams en het overzien van een planning is een grote plus.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een communicatieve teamplayer die vlot rapporteert en heldere werfvergaderingen leidt.
