Krijg jij energie van een werf waar alles op rolletjes loopt? Ben jij iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, het overzicht bewaart en ervoor zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren?

Voor een stabiele en groeiende speler binnen de bouwsector zijn we op zoek naar een Werfleider Bouw die verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen en graag mee de touwtjes in handen heeft.

Als werfleider ben jij de spilfiguur op de werf. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werken veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning verlopen en bent het aanspreekpunt voor je team, onderaannemers en andere partners.

Wat houdt jouw job in?

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de werf vooruitgaat:

  • Je coördineert en volgt de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op.
  • Je stuurt eigen ploegen en onderaannemers aan.
  • Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je controleert of de werken correct worden uitgevoerd volgens de plannen en lastenboeken.
  • Je merkt problemen snel op en denkt praktisch mee naar oplossingen.
  • Je overlegt met projectleiders, leveranciers en andere bouwpartners.
  • Je houdt de werfadministratie en rapportering nauwkeurig bij.
  • Je neemt ownership over jouw werven en zorgt ervoor dat het project vooruit blijft gaan.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master bouwkunde
  • Je hebt een sterke feeling met werforganisatie en uitvoering
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen nemen
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende partijen op de werf
  • Je functioneert goed in team en behoudt het overzicht
  • Ervaring als werfleider is een groot pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
