Voor een gevestigde en betrouwbare aannemer in de regio Brugge zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Werfleider met organisatorisch talent en een passie voor infrastructuurwerken.

Onze klant is een gespecialiseerde speler binnen de bouwsector, met een sterke focus op wegenis- en rioleringswerken, afbraakwerken, asbestverwijdering, grondwerken en bodemsanering. Dankzij meer dan 60 jaar opgebouwde expertise is dit bedrijf uitgegroeid tot een veelzijdige en complete bouwpartner die elk project van A tot Z beheert: Van de voorbereidende afbraak tot de finale oplevering. In deze organisatie staat gestructureerd werken centraal. Projecten worden nauwgezet opgevolgd en gerealiseerd binnen strikte uitvoeringstermijnen, steeds met oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit én duurzaamheid. Ben jij een werfleider die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt, vlot communiceert met zowel team als klant, en het overzicht bewaart op uiteenlopende technische werven? Dan maak je hier deel uit van een bouwbedrijf waar je kan rekenen op stabiliteit, vakkennis en een professionele omkadering.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je coördineert de volledige werf van opstart tot oplevering, en bewaakt de voortgang, veiligheid en kwaliteit
  • Als centraal aanspreekpunt onderhoud je vlotte communicatie met arbeiders, onderaannemers, bewoners, studiebureaus en lokale besturen
  • Je volgt werfbudgetten en vorderingsstaten op in samenwerking met de directie en projectleiding, met administratieve ondersteuning
  • Je stuurt dagelijks arbeiders en onderaannemers aan en zorgt voor een efficiënte, veilige en stipte uitvoering
  • Via werf- en planningsvergaderingen werk je actief samen met collega-werfleiders en ondersteunende diensten
  • Je input wordt gewaardeerd als meerwaarde voor organisatorische groei; starters krijgen begeleiding van ervaren projectleiders
  • Je bent in het bezit van een hoger diploma Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je bent een people manager waarbij je uw team kan aansturen en feedback geven en ontvangen
  • Een probleemoplossend vermogen en verantwoordelijkheidszin
