The posting

Binnen een groeiende bouwomgeving krijg je een uitvoerende rol waarbij je één of meerdere werven in de regio Antwerpen, Limburg en Vlaams‑Brabant aanstuurt. De projecten variëren in omvang en bieden een brede waaier aan technische en organisatorische uitdagingen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Aansturen van minstens één werf met projectbudgetten tussen 500K en 3 miljoen euro en meer.
  • Leiden en opvolgen van het volledige projecttraject, van start tot oplevering en eventuele nazorg, in overleg met de projectleider.
  • Coördineren van ploegbazen, arbeiders en onderaannemers op de werf.
  • Bewaken en rapporteren van projectparameters zoals kwaliteit, inzet, nauwkeurigheid en veiligheid.
  • Voorbereiden van uit te voeren werken op vlak van maatvoering, materiaal en materieel.
  • Actieve betrokkenheid bij werfopvolging, bouwsystemen, werfvergaderingen, planning, VCA‑vereisten en kwaliteitsbewaking.
  • Fungeren als verbindingsfiguur tussen ploegbaas en projectleider.
  • Bachelor Bouw of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Enige ervaring binnen de bouw is een troef.
  • Ondernemend, gedreven, oplossingsgericht en motiverend naar het uitvoerend team toe.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en basiskennis Frans en Engels.
  • Bereidheid om actief aanwezig te zijn op de werf.
  • Professionele vaardigheden: technische conformiteit controleren, voortgang opvolgen, preventiemaatregelen bewaken, werfplanning opmaken, ploegbazen technisch ondersteunen.
  • Persoonlijke vaardigheden: kritisch denken, resultaatgerichtheid, verantwoordelijkheid, beslissingsvermogen, communicatie, klantgerichtheid, stressbestendigheid, plannen en organiseren, samenwerken.
