Bij HEADHUNTER.Vlaanderen hebben we een samenwerking met verschillende bedrijven die actief zijn in de ruime bouw sector met o.a. kabel & leiding technieken, wegenwerken, civiele werken, spoorwegen en gebouwen maar ook bouwmaterialen, automatisatie processen & scheepsherstellingen.

Voor twee van onze partners, toonaangevende spelers gespecialiseerd zich in zowel nieuwbouw-, renovatie- als complexe bouwprojecten.

Als werfleider ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de werf, de productie en de directie. Je beheert de dagelijkse operaties op de werf van ruwbouw tot afwerking. Als Werfleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwalitatieve en efficiënte uitvoering van een volledig project. Je stuurt de werkzaamheden op de werf aan, coördineert alle betrokken partijen en grijpt in waar nodig. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met Projectleiders, Ploegbazen, Arbeiders en Onderaannemers.

  • Je werkt mee aan het project van ruwbouw t.e.m. afwerking
  • Aansturen van arbeiders en onderaannemers met het oog op efficiëntie en effectiviteit
  • Opstellen en nauwgezet opvolgen van de planning, inclusief het inplannen van arbeiders en onderaannemers, het bestellen van materialen en materieel, …
  • Waarborgen van de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken en rapporteren hierover aan je collega-projectleider.
  • Toezien op de veiligheid
  • Toolboxmeetings
  • Rapportages
  • Beheren van werfadministratie, factuurcontrole en rapportage.
  • Bachelor bouw OF gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Misschien al een eerste ervaring of stage achter de rug bij een Klasse 8 bedrijf?
  • Je bent een organisator met overzicht en oplossingsgericht denken.
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan bij jou centraal.
  • Nederlands is steeds de voertaal.
  • Sterke communicatie, mondig en assertief om iedereen aan te sturen op de werf!
