Jobomschrijving

Werfleider Bouw | Groeiend bouwbedrijf met veelzijdige projecten

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van één of meerdere bouwprojecten vanaf opstart tot oplevering.
  • Vertalen van uitvoeringsplannen naar een efficiënte werforganisatie.
  • Opstellen en bewaken van de uitvoeringsplanning.
  • Aansturen van werfteams, ploegbazen en onderaannemers.
  • Organiseren van materiaal-, materieel- en personeelsvoorzieningen.
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid en naleving van de technische voorschriften.
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en proactief bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Onderhouden van professionele contacten met klanten, architecten, studiebureaus en andere stakeholders.
  • Ondersteunen van de projectleider bij administratieve en operationele opvolging.
  • Realiseren van een succesvolle oplevering binnen de vooropgestelde deadlines.

Werfleider Bouw | Groeiend bouwbedrijf met veelzijdige projecten

  • Beschikt over een bachelor Bouwkunde, Industrieel Ingenieur Bouw of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Heeft minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare werfleidersfunctie.
  • Combineert technische expertise met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Is een natuurlijke leider die medewerkers weet te motiveren en aan te sturen.
  • Communiceert vlot met zowel arbeiders, klanten als externe partners.
  • Werkt resultaatgericht en houdt overzicht, ook onder tijdsdruk.
  • Heeft oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiënte werkprocessen.
  • Beschikt over een rijbewijs B en een geldig VCA VOL-attest.
  • Beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend en kan zich professioneel uitdrukken in het Engels, Frans is een pluspunt.
