Voor een klasse 8-bouwbedrijf in regio Diksmuide zoeken we een werfleider die zich thuis voelt in een omgeving met technische complexiteit en organisatorische verantwoordelijkheid. Je krijgt de leiding over je eigen werven en volgt alles op van voorbereiding tot oplevering.

Met een team van 150 vaste medewerkers realiseert dit bouwbedrijf hoogwaardige projecten verspreid over heel Vlaanderen. De focus ligt op zorginfrastructuur, kantoren, residentiële gebouwen en publieke projecten. Elk project wordt aangestuurd vanuit een professionele structuur, waar jij als werfleider een centrale rol speelt op het terrein.

De organisatie blinkt uit in digitalisering en procesoptimalisatie, met een doorgedreven gebruik van BIM en andere digitale tools. Daarnaast zetten ze sterk in op duurzame bouwoplossingen en moderne uitvoeringsmethodes. Dat geeft jou de ruimte om je op de werf te concentreren op wat écht telt: een vlotte organisatie, correcte uitvoering, sterke teamcoördinatie en kwalitatieve oplevering.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als werfleider ben je het aanspreekpunt op de werf en zorg je dat ploegbazen, vakmannen en onderaannemers efficiënt worden aangestuurd
  • De planning hou jij strak in de hand, waarbij je toeziet dat deadlines en afspraken met de projectleiding gehaald worden
  • Je controleert de technische plannen zorgvuldig, zodat de uitvoering correct gebeurt volgens bestek en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Ook regel je de materialen en afroepen op het juiste moment, zodat het bouwproces continu vooruitgaat
  • Tijdens werfvergaderingen neem jij het voortouw en verlies je veiligheid, orde en netheid nooit uit het oog
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in de bouwkunde of kan terugkijken op enkele jaren ervaring in een bouwgerelateerde of leidinggevende functie
  • Dankzij je technisch inzicht en communicatieve vaardigheden lees je plannen moeiteloos en stuur je teams overtuigend aan
  • Sterke Nederlandse kennis omwille van vlotte communicatie met je collega's en klanten
