Als Werfleider Bouwprojecten draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse leiding en organisatie op de werf en vorm je de schakel tussen de uitvoering, het projectteam en de klant.

Concreet omvat jouw functie:

  • Coördineren van de uitvoering op de werf, waarbij planning, veiligheid en kwaliteit continu bewaakt worden.
  • Aansturen van arbeiders, onderaannemers en leveranciers zodat elke fase van het project correct en tijdig gerealiseerd wordt.
  • Toezicht houden op het budget en het efficiënt inzetten van materiaal en personeel om de rendabiliteit te verzekeren.
  • Communicatie onderhouden met de projectleiding, architecten en opdrachtgevers voor een vlotte samenwerking en duidelijke opvolging.
  • Detecteren van knelpunten en proactief aanreiken van oplossingen om de voortgang te garanderen.

Profiel

Als Werfleider Bouwprojecten beschik je over het juiste evenwicht tussen technische kennis, leiderschap en organisatorisch talent.

  • Een bachelor of master in de bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in werfopvolging binnen de bouwsector, bij voorkeur in middelgrote tot grote projecten.
  • Sterk in communicatie en planning, met het vermogen om teams te motiveren en te begeleiden.
  • Hands-on ingesteldheid en besluitvaardig optreden bij technische of organisatorische uitdagingen.
  • Grondige kennis van veiligheidsnormen, bouwprocessen en uitvoeringsmethodes.
  • Vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands, met kennis van Frans en Engels als pluspunt.
