-> Zowel ervaren ploegbazen/meestergasten/werfleiders als schoolverlaters die de kar kunnen trekken zijn welkom!

  • Als technisch talent/ werfleider wil je jezelf verdiepen en ontwikkelen in wegenbouw, infra, asfvaltering, ... Kortom uiteenlopende en grote projecten zullen jouw verantwoordelijkheid zijn!
  • De werven zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheid! Alle plannen, de uit te voeren technieken binnen budget, juiste tijdspanne is jouw prioriteit
  • Jij bent aanwezig bij de opstart, de uitvoering, opvolging en het oplevering van de toegewezen werven
  • Als spilfiguur tussen je collega's en klant en problem solver wordt de opvolging van de projecten en eventuele moeilijkheden besproken
  • In team de planning van de verschillende projecten opmaken, aansturen werknemers, ploegbazen, onderaannemers...
  • De nodige administratie hoort er natuurlijk ook bij: Werfvergaderingen, werf dossiers voorbereiden, aanbestedingsdossiers opvolgen, vergunningen en attesten aanvragen/controleren, uitvoeringsplanning waarborgen...
  • Toezien op veiligheid, dragen PBM's, ...

Wat moet je kunnen voor deze job als technisch coördinator/werfleider?

  • Ervaring met plan lezen, aansturen van de ploegen en constructies uitzetten op een werf.
  • Eerste ervaring richting infra, riolering, wegenbouw, ...
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en stressbestendig.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands.
