Je werkt in een innovatief team waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en ontwikkeling centraal staan.

Jobomschrijving

Als Werfleider Bovenleiding ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding en operationele uitvoering van spoorwerven. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt op de werf en zorgt voor een vlotte, veilige en kwalitatieve realisatie van elk project. Jouw taken omvatten onder meer:

  • Voorbereiden en aansturen van de werkzaamheden op de werf
  • Coördineren en plannen van personeel en materieel
  • Optimaliseren van de technische uitvoering van het project
  • Toezien op de kwaliteit van het werk en de veiligheid van het team
  • Communiceren met de opdrachtgever en dagelijkse begeleiding van je team
  • Informatie verstrekken, opvolgen en controleren van werkzaamheden
  • Voorbereiden en bijhouden van de administratie en vorderingsstaten

Je bent het grootste deel van je tijd (90%) op de werf aanwezig. Nacht- en weekendwerk maken deel uit van deze functie (ongeveer 50-60% nachtwerk, tot 20 weekends per jaar) en worden uiteraard extra vergoed.

  • Diploma in elektromechanica, elektriciteit of een vergelijkbare technische richting
  • Passie voor infrastructuur en spoorprojecten
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, plant en organiseert met gemak
  • Teamgerichte hands-on mentaliteit
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht en hebt oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit
  • Flexibel en bereid om in onregelmatige uren, ’s nachts en in weekends te werken
  • Vloeiend Nederlands spreken en technische plannen kunnen lezen
