Deze klant behoort al meerdere decennia tot de grootste bouwbedrijven in Vlaanderen. Hun gedrevenheid voor innovatie, kwaliteit én flexibiliteit komt op tal van manieren tot uiting. Zij realiseren projecten van klein tot megagroot, zowel nieuwbouw als renovatie. Noem een belangrijk bouwproject in Vlaanderen van de afgelopen jaren en de kans is groot dat zij het hebben gerealiseerd. Dankzij de inbedding in de overkoepelende groep CFE, combineert deze klant de flexibiliteit van een zelfstandig opererend bouwbedrijf met een hoge betrouwbaarheid en grote financiële slagkracht.

Voor de uitbreiding van het team voor een nieuw residentieel bouwproject in de Brusselse regio zijn we op zoek naar WERFLEIDER BRUSSEL - ANTWERPEN.

Uw taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie van de werken op het bouwterrein.
  • Het project zal voornamelijk ruwbouw-/betonwerken omvatten.
  • Je doet de coördinatie en het beheer van de verschillende onderaannemers en de in te zetten middelen.
  • Je bent eveneens verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid op de werf.
  • Je maakt deel uit van een team van ervaren werfleiders en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werf voor onderaannemers en arbeiders.

Je zal mee worden ingezet op het grootschalig bouwproject van Tour & Taxis dat tot 4 jaar zal duren met directe indienstreding.

REF: WIL

  • Je bent afgestudeerd als bachelor (of master) bouwkunde en wil je kennis graag in praktijk gaan toepassen.
  • Een eerste ervaring in de realisatie van grote bouwprojecten (beton én afwerking) is een plus..
  • Je bent een échte leider die houdt van de praktijk.
  • Jouw ideale werkplek is buiten, in weer en wind.
  • Je durft op je strepen te staan waar nodig, maar bent ook in staat je eigen fouten te (h)erkennen.
  • Naast een taakgerichte visie heb je oog voor de mensen waarmee je samenwerkt en werk je mee aan een goede sfeer op de werf.
