Jobomschrijving

Coördinatie en overleg met de interne metaalafdeling, schrijnwerkerij, prefabafdeling en onderhoudsdiensten.Inplanting en maatvoering van de werken.Beheer van materieel en materiaal op de werf.In stand houden van individuele en collectieve veiligheidsvoorzieningen.Organisatie, opvolging en controle van de uitvoering van de werken, inclusief eigen personeel en onderaannemers.Begeleiden van de voorlopige en opvolging van de opleveringspunten.Bijhouden van het dagboek van de werken.Opvolging van kwaliteitsaspecten.Bijhouden van dagrapporten en communicatie met de personeelsdienst.Rapportering aan de projectleider.Contacten onderhouden met bouwheer en ontwerpers.

Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als werfleider in de bouwsector.Master of Bachelor bouwkunde, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.Geldig VCA voor leidinggevenden is gewenst.Goede beheersing van het Engels en Nederlands, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.Duidelijke, overtuigende communicatie met diverse stakeholders.Ervaring met grote, niet-residentiële bouwprojecten is een plus.Snel kunnen schakelen en aanpassen aan veranderende of uitdagende omstandigheden.
