Als werfleider neem jij het voortouw bij het in goede banen leiden van uiteenlopende waterbouw- en civiele projecten in de regio.

  • Jij neemt de volledige dagelijkse leiding van complexe werven met een omvang tussen de vijf en twintig miljoen euro stevig in handen.
  • Coachen en efficiënt aansturen van een hecht team van arbeiders en vaste onderaannemers behoort tot jouw voornaamste kerntaken.
  • Tijdens de uitvoering zie je streng maar rechtvaardig toe op veiligheid en kwaliteitsnormen, zodat iedereen 's avonds weer gezond naar huis keert.
  • Materialen afroepen, de werfplanning minutieus bewaken en kleinere bestellingen plaatsen handel je moeiteloos af.
  • Rapporteren doe je op een heldere, structurele manier aan de projectmanager, waarbij je zowel de technische als de administratieve opvolging feilloos verzorgt.

Profiel

Wanneer we kijken naar het ideale profiel voor deze rol, tellen jouw mindset en leiderschapscapaciteiten minstens even hard mee als je diploma. Een goede werfleider bouwt immers vooral op vertrouwen en communicatie.

  • Je beschikt over een technische achtergrond door je bouwkundige opleiding.
  • Ervaring met civiele werken, funderingstechnieken of de bredere industrie is een grote plus, zeker als je daar al enkele jaren in hebt meegebouwd.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou steevast als een toegankelijke leider die het overzicht bewaart, zelfs wanneer de werkdruk even flink de hoogte in schiet.
  • Hands-on werken zit ingebakken in jouw karakter, net als je vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en een prima basis in het Engels.
