Heb jij ervaring binnen wegen- en rioleringswerken en wil jij verantwoordelijk zijn voor de dagelijkse opvolging op de werf?

Om onze teams te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar werfleider met een eerste ervaring achter de rug. Als firma zijn wij al tientallen jaren actief in de bouwsector, meer specifiek in infrastructuurwerken als grond- en betonwerken. We realiseren grootschalige projecten zowel in de privésector als voor openbare aanbestedingen.

Jij coördineert en volgt de werkzaamheden dagelijks op en zorgt dat alles vlot verloopt. Onze projecten worden voornamelijk uitgevoerd met onderaannemers, en jij werkt daarbij zowel zelfstandig als nauw samen met de Projectleider.

Jouw takkenpakket:

  • Aansturen van het team op de werf
  • Regelmatig controles uitvoeren (werken / veiligheid)
  • Planning opmaken
  • CheckIn@Work / RSZ meldingen
  • Opvolgen dagrapporten
  • Werfvergaderingen bijwonen met projectleiders en klanten
  • Startvergaderingen organiseren met je arbeiders en ploegbazen
  • Materiaal onderhoud inplannen bij de technische dienst
  • Enz

De verhouding tussen werf en administratie is ongeveer 50/50, waarbij het grootste deel van de administratieve taken (ongeveer 80%) direct op de werf wordt uitgevoerd. Dankzij jouw digitale skills in onder andere MS Office, AutoCAD en MS Project verwerk je alle gegevens vlot. Daarnaast werk je met onze eigen digitale werf- en bedrijfsplatforms, waardoor alles efficiënt en overzichtelijk verloopt.

Naast een correct salaris dat past bij jouw ervaring, biedt deze functie ook een laptop en GSM met abo., een firmawagen incl. tankkaart, hospitalisatie- en groepsverzekering (vast contract) én een aantrekkelijk cafetariaplan.
