Als Werfleider Databekabeling & Fiber ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de werf. Je zorgt ervoor dat techniekers efficiënt kunnen werken, bewaakt de planning en volgt de kwaliteit van de uitvoering op. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, projectleiding en collega's om elk project succesvol op te leveren.

Een typische werkdag bestaat uit het voorbereiden van de werken, aansturen van techniekers, controleren van installaties en oplossen van technische uitdagingen op de werf. Je combineert organisatie met een praktische aanpak en springt zelf bij waar nodig.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Coördineren en begeleiden van techniekers op de werf
  • Opvolgen van planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendement
  • Voorbereiden en organiseren van werkzaamheden in overleg met klant en projectleiding
  • Interpreteren van plannen, netwerkschema's en as-built dossiers
  • Controleren van databekabeling, racks, patchpanelen en fiberinstallaties
  • Opvolgen van materialen, leveringen en bestellingen
  • Communiceren met klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers
  • Rapporteren aan de projectleider of zaakvoerder
  • Je hebt ervaring als werfleider binnen elektriciteit, databekabeling, telecom, fiber of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving.
  • Je kan technische plannen en schema's correct interpreteren en weet een werf gestructureerd te organiseren.
  • Je haalt voldoening uit het begeleiden, motiveren en ondersteunen van collega's.
  • Je werkt veilig, kwaliteitsgericht en behoudt ook onder druk het overzicht.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
