Heb je een passie voor het begeleiden van elektrische werven van start tot oplevering? De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit als Werfleider Elektriciteit in West-Vlaanderen?

  • Nauwgezet voorbereiden van werven en coördineren van installatie- en bekabelingsplannen van A tot Z.
  • Onderhouden van direct contact met engineering, het elektriciteitsteam en de installateurs voor een vlotte samenwerking.
  • Uitvoeren van werfbezoeken, administratief opvolgen van projecten en toezien op een veilige werkomgeving.
  • Aansturen van zowel intern personeel als vaste onderaannemers.
  • Organiseren van werfvergaderingen.
  • Continu zoeken naar verbeteringen en optimalisaties om de organisatie verder te versterken.

Hier werk je als werfleider mee aan een groenere toekomst en krijg je de ruimte om je technische skills verder te ontwikkelen. Je komt terecht in een open en samenwerkingsgerichte werkomgeving waar ze elkaar ondersteunen en samen streven naar het beste resultaat. Ook autonomie en initiatief worden aangemoedigd waardoor je met jouw ideeën kan bijdragen aan de toekomst van duurzame energie. Ben jij deze werfleider die we zoeken regio West-Vlaanderen?

  • Bachelor of master in elektromechanica of een relevante technische richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring met AutoCAD of de bereidheid dit te leren, evenals interesse in het tekenen van elektrische schema's.
  • Kennis van zonnepanelen of batterijsystemen is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, werkt efficiënt en nauwkeurig, en bent een teamspeler met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Naast Nederlands is een goede kennis van Frans en Engels een pluspunt.
