Voor een snelgroeiende en ambitieuze KMO in regio Kortrijk zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Werfleider voor duurzame installaties. Dit toekomstgerichte bedrijf staat bekend om zijn innovatieve oplossingen binnen duurzame energie en industriële installatietechniek. Met een team van meer dan 100 medewerkers en een aanwezigheid in maar liefst 8 Europese landen, hebben ze zich ontpopt tot een invloedrijke speler binnen de sector. Dankzij hun doorgedreven focus op kwaliteit, techniek en klantgerichtheid weten ze zich keer op keer te onderscheiden. Eind dit jaar zetten ze opnieuw een grote stap vooruit met de verhuis naar een gloednieuw hoofdkantoor. In dit moderne gebouw worden alle afdelingen samengebracht, wat zorgt voor een vlottere samenwerking, kortere communicatielijnen en een verhoogde efficiëntie. Het is een bedrijf in volle beweging, waar innovatie en teamspirit centraal staan.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • In de eerste plaats bewaak je de veilige en efficiënte voortgang van de werken op de werven
  • Daarnaast bereid je elk project grondig voor en volg je nauwgezet de installatieplannen en bekabeling op
  • Je bezoekt regelmatig de werven en houdt de uitvoering scherp in het oog
  • Om dit in goede banen te leiden, stuur je zowel interne techniekers als externe onderaannemers aan
  • Verder ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, collega’s, leveranciers, keuringsinstanties en netbeheerders
  • Bovendien volg je de projectadministratie op, inclusief nacalculaties en tussentijdse rapporteringen
  • Tot slot denk je actief mee over optimalisaties in planning, uitvoering en organisatie
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit, Energietechnologie of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring als werfleider
  • Daarnaast heb je bij voorkeur kennis van AutoCAD en elektrische schema’s
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je ook behelpen in het Frans en Engels
