Zin om werven écht in handen te nemen in plaats van er gewoon op rond te lopen? Voor een stabiele speler binnen elektrische gebouwtechnieken zoeken we een werfleider die niet bang is om verantwoordelijkheid te pakken én zelf nog graag de handen vuil maakt.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar kwaliteit primeert en waar projecten zich situeren in het hogere segment van residentiële en commerciële bouw.

Wat ga je doen? Als werfleider ben jij de spilfiguur op de werf.

  • Je stuurt dagelijks ploegen en onderaannemers aan (±80% van je tijd)
  • Je bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit en voortgang van de werken
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte werkvoorbereiding en organisatie
  • Je springt bij waar nodig (±20%) en helpt mee met: plaatsen van leidingen installeren van kabelgoten aansluiten van verdeelborden montage van verlichting

Je combineert dus overzicht met praktijk, en dat maakt het verschil.

Waar ga je werken? Je werkt voor een gevestigde waarde binnen elektrische installaties en gebouwtechnieken, actief in Oost-Vlaanderen.

  • Focus op high-end residentiële projecten
  • Daarnaast ook kwalitatieve commerciële projecten (bv. retail en grotere winkels)
  • Sterke reputatie op vlak van afwerking en betrouwbaarheid
  • Familiale sfeer met korte beslissingslijnen

Geen logge structuur, wel een team dat vooruit wil. Je hoeft geen diploma’s te verzamelen, maar je moet wel weten waar je mee bezig bent.

  • Ervaring binnen elektriciteit / gebouwtechnieken
  • Je hebt al mensen aangestuurd op de werf
  • Je kan plannen lezen en zelfstandig werken organiseren
  • Je bent praktisch ingestelden durft verantwoordelijkheid nemen
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met zowel arbeiders als projectleiding
