De functie

Als werfleider ben jij het aanspreekpunt tussen kantoor en werf. Ongeveer 70% van je tijd werk je vanuit kantoor aan planning, voorbereiding, opvolging en rapportering. De overige 30% ben je op verplaatsing, waar je de werken / werven opvolgt, bijstuurt en overlegt met ploegen, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers.

Je analyseert werkopdrachten en lastenboeken en vertaalt deze naar een efficiënte werkplanning. Met jouw basiskennis elektriciteit en technisch inzicht kan je inschattingen maken, oplossingen voorstellen en kwaliteit bewaken. Je volgt kosten en rendement op, stuurt teams aan en zorgt dat veiligheid (VCA/VGM) altijd correct wordt toegepast.

Daarnaast:

  • organiseer en leid je toolboxmeetings,
  • volg je de werfadministratie en vorderingsstaten op,
  • bewaak je het gebruik van materiaal, PBM’s en voertuigen,
  • en zorg je voor een correcte oplevering van de projecten.

Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Je rapporteert aan de technisch directeur en krijgt het vertrouwen om je rol autonoom in te vullen.

  • Een bachelor of gelijkwaardige ervaring, wat je ruimte geeft om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring, zodat je zeker en gestructureerd kan werken
  • Goede basiskennis elektriciteit en technisch inzicht, waardoor je sterk staat op werf én kantoor
