Zoek je een job met vertrouwen, afwisseling en een aantrekkelijk loon tot € 25 per uur? Dan is deze functie als werfleider elektriciteit misschien precies wat je zoekt.

Als werfleider elektriciteit ben je verantwoordelijk voor de praktische opvolging en uitvoering van elektriciteitswerken van A tot Z.

Je combineert technische kennis met een coördinerende rol en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de werf, klanten, collega's en de zaakvoerder.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd:

  • Je volgt verschillende elektriciteitswerven op en coördineert de werkzaamheden.
  • Je start bepaalde werven zelfstandig op en zorgt dat alles vlot verloopt.
  • Je controleert de voortgang en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken.
  • Je trekt kabels, plaatst en sluit elektriciteitskasten aan.
  • Je sluit verlichtingsinstallaties en andere elektrische installaties aan.
  • Je stuurt collega's en eventuele onderaannemers op de werf aan.
  • Je communiceert met klanten en collega's over de planning en voortgang.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de zaakvoerder.
  • Je bent dus niet alleen aanwezig om te coördineren: je steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen en blijft technisch actief.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als elektricien.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig een elektriciteitswerf opstarten en opvolgen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt vlot overleggen met klanten en collega's.
