De functie inhoud Als Werfleider elektriciteit ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagdagelijkse leiding van de werf, namelijk technische installaties in infrastructuurprojecten. Dit omvat onder andere volgende zaken:

  • In een nauwe samenwerking met de projectleider stuur je de uitvoerende teams, zowel eigen arbeiders als onderaannemers, aan en corrigeer je waar nodig.
  • Je maakt de korte termijn planning op en en je houdt de voortgang en de kwaliteit van de werken in de gaten.
  • Wanneer er extra materiaal of personeel nodig is, weet je dit op tijd aan te geven zodat dit tijdig geregeld is.
  • Ook de veiligheid op de werf is van cruciaal belang, jij bent dan ook de persoon die er op toeziet dat de voorschriften gevolgd worden.
  • Door jouw manier van communiceren lukt het jou om doeltreffend leiding te geven, maar je weet wel dat een andere situatie vraagt om een andere manier van communiceren.
  • Wanneer er verschillende problemen op jou af komen, slaag je erin jouw hoofd koel te houden en ze één voor één aan te pakken.

Onze klant Onze klant is een grote klasse 8 aannemer die gespecialiseerd is in de technische installaties in infrastructuurprojecten. Hoewel het bedrijf de laatste jaren enorm gegroeid is, behoudt het wel zijn familiale karakter. Zo krijg je een peter of meter toegewezen die jou meehelpt om jouw weg te vinden binnen het bedrijf. Met hun hoofdkantoor in Kortrijk dicht bij de autostrade is een vlotte bereikbaarheid gegarandeerd!

Daarnaast houden ze ook van een open communicatie, zo appreciëren ze het enorm als mensen zeggen waar het op staat. Hun werven zijn verspreid over heel Vlaanderen. Zij hebben heel diverse soort projecten, dit kan gaan van sluizen tot tunnels, bruggen, ... Elke dag een andere werf is wat te veel van het goede, maar variatie is doorheen jouw carrière bij onze klant geen probleem! Herken je jezelf in onderstaand profiel?
