Als Werfleider Elektriciteit in regio Kortrijk ben jij het technische en organisatorische brein achter onze projecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat elektrotechnische installaties bij onze klanten perfect worden uitgevoerd, binnen de afgesproken tijd en budget op werven in jouw buurt. Naast een uitdagende functie geniet je van een mooi brutoloon tussen de € 2600 - € 3000 inclusief een wagen, verzekeringen en glijdende uren.

De functie inhoud Volgende taken staan jou te wachten als elektrisch werfleider:

  • Projectmanagement: Het nemen van de leiding over diverse elektrotechnische projecten en stuurt daarbij een team van technici aan.
  • Planning & Opvolging: Je bewaakt de projectplanning, materiaalbehoeften en personeelsinzet.
  • Klantcommunicatie: Als werfleider onderhoud je professioneel contact met opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Je garandeert dat alle werkzaamheden voldoen aan de hoogste technische normen en veiligheidseisen.
  • Probleemoplossing: Bij onverwachte situaties zal jij zorgen voor praktische oplossingen op een zo'n efficiënt mogelijke manier.

  • Een bachelor of masterdiploma elektromechanica, elektrotechniek of een andere gelijkaardige technische richting.
  • Heb je reeds ervaring? Dat is een plus! Schoolverlaters? Die zijn ook welkom.
  • VCA-VOL op zak? Dan ben jij de werfleider die men zoekt, je kan het natuurlijk ook via ons behalen.
  • Natuurlijk beschik je over een rijbewijs B zodat je vlot de baan op kan!
