Je komt terecht bij een familiale onderneming met meer dan 40 jaar ervaring in elektrotechnische totaalprojecten. De organisatie is gespecialiseerd in elektriciteit, verlichting, beveiliging, automatisatie, domotica, databekabeling en andere technische installaties voor zowel nieuwbouw- als renovatieprojecten.

Met een compact en hecht team wordt dagelijks gewerkt aan technisch uitdagende projecten waarbij kwaliteit, vakmanschap en samenwerking centraal staan. Dankzij de open communicatie, korte beslissingslijnen en een sterke teamgeest krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en de kans om mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei van de onderneming.

Jobomschrijving

Als Ploegchef Elektriciteit stuur je dagelijks een team van techniekers aan en zorg je ervoor dat elektrische installaties correct, veilig en efficiënt worden uitgevoerd. Je combineert technisch vakmanschap met leiderschap en bent het aanspreekpunt op de werf voor jouw collega's en de bedrijfsleiding.

Als Ploegchef Elektriciteit ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Lezen, interpreteren en toelichten van elektrische plannen en schema's aan jouw team
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van een ploeg techniekers op de werf
  • Uitvoeren en coördineren van algemene elektrische installaties van opstart tot oplevering
  • Waken over de kwaliteit, veiligheid en planning van de werkzaamheden
  • Oplossen van technische problemen in overleg met de bedrijfsleiding
  • Rapporteren van eventuele knelpunten of technische moeilijkheden
  • Controleren van de correcte toepassing van materialen en installatiemethoden
  • Toezien op een kwalitatieve afwerking, klaar voor keuring en oplevering
  • Actief meewerken op de werf waar nodig

Voor de functie van Ploegchef Elektriciteit zoeken we een ervaren elektricien met een natuurlijke leiderschapsstijl. Je weet collega's te motiveren, denkt oplossingsgericht en behoudt het overzicht, ook bij technisch uitdagende projecten.

Voor deze functie van Ploegchef Elektriciteit beschik je idealiter over:

  • Een technische opleiding binnen elektriciteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring als elektricien of leidinggevend technieker
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van een ploeg is een grote troef
  • Een grondige kennis van elektrische installaties, materialen en technieken
  • Het vermogen om elektrische plannen en schema's vlot te lezen en interpreteren
  • Een zelfstandige, nauwkeurige en verantwoordelijke werkhouding
  • Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
  • BA4-, BA5- en/of VCA-attesten zijn een pluspunt
  • Rijbewijs B
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands is een must
