Voor onze klant zijn wij op zoek naar een Werfleider Elektrotechnieker.

Taken en Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Monteren van elektrische stuur- en verdeelborden, installeren van kabelgoten en trekken van bekabeling.
  • Aansluiten van installaties en veldcomponenten.
  • Controleren van bedrading voor continuïteit, bekabelen van uitbreidingen, afstellen voor ingebruikname van installaties.
  • Tijdig verwerken van administratie, zowel persoonlijk als voor het team.
  • Handhaven van orde, netheid en voorraad in de bedrijfsvoertuig.
  • Zorg dragen voor eigen materiaal en toezicht houden op correct gebruik.
  • Samenwerken met collega-technici en installatiedienstverantwoordelijke.
  • Ondersteunen, leiden, begeleiden en trainen van minder ervaren collega's.
  • Uitvoeren van fysiek veeleisend werk.
  • Passie voor industriële elektromechanische installaties met eerste relevante werkervaring, stages zijn een pluspunt.
  • Bij voorkeur een bachelor diploma in elektronica of A2-diploma in elektriciteit of elektromechanica, relevante werkervaring kan diploma compenseren.
  • Volwassenheid, vermogen om zelfstandig en in teamverband te werken.
  • Vaardigheid in leidinggeven aan een variabel team.
  • Communicatief, flexibel, stressbestendig, respecteert deadlines en streeft naar tijdige voltooiing van opdrachten.
  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin met aandacht voor veiligheid, nauwkeurigheid en motivatie.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands.
  • Teamspeler die bereid is om continu bij te leren en het beste van zichzelf te geven.
  • In bezit van rijbewijs B en bij voorkeur eigen vervoer voor vroege ochtendverplaatsingen.
