Deze onderneming specialiseert zich in het uitwerken van totaaloplossingen voor elektrische installaties. Hun aanbod bestrijkt het volledige traject: van gedetailleerde engineering en bordenbouw tot de volledige plaatsing op locatie. Elk project is maatwerk en wordt uitgevoerd met oog voor detail, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid.

Je komt terecht in een middelgrote organisatie van ongeveer 30 medewerkers, actief in de regio Ieper, met werven binnen West-Vlaanderen. Het bedrijf maakt deel uit van een grotere multitechnologische groep, waardoor er ruimte is voor opleiding, doorgroeimogelijkheden en ondersteuning. De sfeer is familiaal, de aanpak professioneel.

Ze voeren opdrachten uit in o.a. kantoren, scholen, zorginstellingen en industriële omgevingen. Denk aan elektriciteitswerken, datanetwerken, beveiligingstechnieken, laadpalen en hernieuwbare energie.

Als werfleider werk je mee aan diverse technische projecten die een tastbare impact hebben op bedrijven én mensen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Binnen jouw verantwoordelijkheden zorg je dat elektrische installaties op de werf correct, veilig en kwalitatief worden uitgevoerd
  • Dagelijks vertrek je om 6u30 vanuit de hoofdzetel naar de werf
  • Je organiseert en plant de dagelijkse werken op basis van technische plannen
  • Bestellen van materialen en voorbereiden van het werfbord
  • Je stuurt een team aan van een 6-tal techniekers en werkt ook actief mee op de werf
  • De voortgang, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid tijdens de uitvoering zal je nauwlettend in het oog houden
  • Je werkt nauw samen met een ervaren projectmanager die ondersteuning biedt waar nodig
  • Je staat in nauw contact met alle betrokken partijen zoals bouwheren, architecten en studiebureaus
  • Werktijden zijn doorgaans van 7u30 tot 16u, afwijkingen zijn mogelijk in overleg met de klant en werfleiding
  • Je draait mee in een wachtdienstsysteem, waarbij je bij oproep binnen de 3 à 4 uur op locatie aanwezig moet zijn
  • Je beschikt over een hoger, technisch diploma binnen het domein elektriciteit of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt een goede kennis elektriciteit en hebt leidinggevende skills
  • Je beschikt over een basiskennis PC, nodig om opdrachten digitaal te verwerken via een intern systeem
