Voor een KMO-bedrijf dat zich richt op industriële installaties voor diverse projecten, zijn we op zoek naar een werfleider (m/v).

Onze klant, actief in heel Vlaanderen, is een stabiel en gezond bedrijf dat korte communicatielijnen hoog in het vaandel draagt. De familiale sfeer vormt al meer dan 30 jaar een belangrijke troef voor het bedrijf. Het begon ooit als een kleine onderneming voor depannages en montages, maar is ondertussen uitgegroeid tot een aanzienlijk bedrijf met waardevolle samenwerkingen in heel Vlaanderen.

Het bedrijf onderscheidt zich door zijn sterke focus op de opleiding en ontwikkeling van hun medewerkers, wat zich vertaalt in verschillende doorgroeimogelijkheden voor hun personeel.

Afhankelijk van jouw interesses krijg je de kans om in te springen voor korte (en langere) projecten, waarbij jij de dagelijkse coördinatie van de werf in handen neemt.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je bent eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel de projectleider als de elektriciens op de site in verband met de uitvoerende werken.
  • Je lost vlotjes praktische, technische & organisatorische vragen op.
  • Op regelmatige basis bezorg je vorderingsstaten aan de projectleider.
  • Afhankelijk van de grootte en de fase van de werf neem je een hands-on aanpak.
  • Je stuurt jouw team van elektriciens met de nodige kennis & het juiste enthousiasme aan.
  • Met jouw ervaring in het leiden van een werf of als installateur, ben je goed vertrouwd met de technische uitdagingen van het vak.
  • Jij weet je team op een motiverende en positieve manier aan te sturen, met duidelijke communicatie die zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking.
  • Als 'hands-on' leider steek je graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen en ben je niet bang om het goede voorbeeld te geven.
