Heb jij ervaring binnen residentiële elektrotechniek en weet je een team op de werf in goede banen te leiden?

Voor een sterk familiebedrijf met meer dan 50 jaar ervaring in high-end elektrotechnische projecten zoeken we een Werfleider. Je werkt aan hoogwaardige woningen, villa's en projectbouw waar technische kwaliteit en een verzorgde afwerking centraal staan.

Je komt terecht in een professioneel maar familiaal team dat sterk inzet op kwaliteit, service en lange termijnrelaties. Als Werfleider ben jij de spil tussen de techniekers, onderaannemers en projectmanager en zorg je ervoor dat de uitvoering op de werf vlot en volgens planning verloopt.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Werfleider stuur je dagelijks de techniekers en onderaannemers aan en stem je nauw af met de projectmanager
  • Daarnaast bewaak je de technische uitvoering, planning en kwaliteit
  • Verder bereid je de werkzaamheden grondig voor en volg je de nodige administratie en praktische afspraken nauwgezet op
  • Ook ben je regelmatig aanwezig op het hoofdkantoor om de voortgang te bespreken
  • Tot slot zorg je voor een goede communicatie op de werf en motiveer je jouw team om samen een kwalitatief eindresultaat neer te zetten
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een elektrotechnische richting
  • Daarnaast heb je een stabiele werkervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie en voel je je comfortabel in een aansturende rol
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van residentiële elektrotechniek en begrijpt wat nodig is voor een kwalitatieve uitvoering
