The posting

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vlot verlopen van jouw werven binnen onze telecomprojecten. Dit vanaf studie en ontwerp, vergunningsfase, organisatie, planning, …
  • Je rapporteert aan de projectleider
  • Je stuurt de uitvoerende teams aan, zowel glasvezellassers, blaasploegen als montagewerken
  • Je hebt veelvuldig contact met toezichters van de klant en de bouw
  • Het streven naar een klantgerichte oplossing rond verscheidene probleemstellingen, is jouw dagelijkse uitdaging
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle werven onder jouw projectleider

Profiel

  • Je bezit een bachelor diploma in een richting als ICT, telecom of elektriciteit, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt kennis van telecom en/of ICT, dit vormt een extra troef
  • Je bent vertrouwt met MS Office. Kennis AutoCAD is een grote troef. Je bent leergierig en raakt vlug overweg met nieuwe programma’s en app’s van de klant
  • Je hebt zin voor organisatie, kwaliteit, veiligheid en verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je hebt respect voor het milieu en gaat steeds op zoek naar duurzame oplossingen.
  • Je kan leiding geven en kan medewerkers motiveren
  • Je hebt kennis van glasvezel, dit is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt kennis van Albanees & Engels
