The posting

REI Projects is gespecialiseerd in passieve brandbeveiliging. We zorgen voor brandveilige gebouwen met onder andere brandwerende compartimentering, dichtingen, wanden, plafonds en schilderwerken.

Voor de ondersteuning van onze projectleiders zoeken we een hands-on werfleider die graag op de werven aanwezig is en ervoor zorgt dat alles praktisch vlot verloopt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als werfleider ben jij de ogen, oren én helpende hand van de projectleider op de werf. Je bent aanwezig op de werven, volgt de uitvoering op en zorgt ervoor dat onze mensen en onderaannemers efficiënt kunnen werken.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Je volgt verschillende werven van dichtbij op en houdt nauw contact met de projectleider.
  • Je stuurt eigen medewerkers en onderaannemers aan op de werf.
  • Je controleert of de werken correct, kwalitatief, volgens planning en volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat het nodige materiaal tijdig op de werf aanwezig is.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt op de werf en denkt praktisch mee wanneer er zich onverwachte situaties voordoen en zoekt samen met de projectleider naar oplossingen.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt ervaring in de bouwsector.
  • Ervaring met passieve brandbeveiliging is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent graag aanwezig op de werf en houdt van een praktische, afwisselende job.
  • Je communiceert vlot met medewerkers, onderaannemers, klanten en projectleiders.
  • Je durft mensen aan te spreken en bij te sturen wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar weet ook wanneer je moet afstemmen met de projectleider.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en ziet werk.

Je bent vooral hands-on ingesteld en springt bij waar nodig. Zie je iets dat opgelost moet worden? Dan wacht je niet af, maar onderneem je actie. Je steekt dus zelf de handen uit de mouwen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
