Ben jij een werfleider die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Voor ons groeiend grond- en wegenisbedrijf in de regio Ieper zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Werfleider.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van onze werven en zorgt ervoor dat de werken vlot, veilig en kwalitatief worden uitgevoerd.

Jouw taken Je organiseert en coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de werf. Je stuurt arbeiders, machinisten en onderaannemers aan. Je volgt de planning, kwaliteit en voortgang van de werken nauwgezet op. Je zorgt voor een goede communicatie tussen de werf, projectleiding, klanten en leveranciers. Je controleert de uitgevoerde werken en bewaakt de kwaliteit. Je volgt materiaal, machines en leveringen op. Je ziet toe op een veilige en ordelijke werkomgeving. Je rapporteert over de voortgang en eventuele problemen op de werf. Je denkt mee over een efficiënte uitvoering en grijpt tijdig in wanneer bijsturing nodig is.

Wie zoeken we? We zoeken iemand die:

Ervaring heeft als werfleider of een sterke ervaring heeft binnen grond- en wegeniswerken. Technisch inzicht heeft en graag op de werf aanwezig is. Een ploeg kan aansturen en mensen weet te motiveren. Zelfstandig beslissingen durft nemen. Gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht werkt. Goed kan communiceren met collega's, klanten en onderaannemers. Veiligheid en kwaliteit belangrijk vindt. In het bezit is van een rijbewijs B. Een goede kennis van het Nederlands heeft.
