Wat ooit begon bij een ondernemer die als landbouwer van nul startte, is vandaag uitgegroeid tot een solide en financieel gezonde organisatie met een sterke reputatie in de regio.

Hier geen grootspraak, wel ondernemerschap, daadkracht en werkethiek. De zaakvoerder bouwde het bedrijf stap voor stap uit en combineert vandaag strategisch inzicht met een sterke aanwezigheid in het netwerk. Die ambitie sijpelt door in het hele team.

De cultuur is uitgesproken resultaatgericht en direct. Afspraken zijn afspraken. Wie verantwoordelijkheid neemt, krijgt vertrouwen. FUNCTIE

Als Werfleider ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van meerdere werven tegelijk. Jij bewaakt het overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt dat projecten correct en rendabel worden opgeleverd.

Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op terrein en combineert leiderschap met operationele betrokkenheid.

Jouw kernverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je coördineert en stuurt verschillende werven aan
  • Je bent dagelijks aanwezig en geeft duidelijke instructies aan de ploegen
  • Je bewaakt planning, voortgang en kwaliteit
  • Je ziet strikt toe op de naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Je organiseert een vlotte aanlevering van materialen
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en klanten op de werf
  • Je rapporteert helder aan de projectleider
  • Indien nodig werk je actief mee om deadlines te halen

Je rol draait niet om controleren vanop afstand, maar om aansturen met overzicht en verantwoordelijkheid. Jij zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen, dat tempo behouden blijft en dat klanten vertrouwen houden in de uitvoering.

Je bent iemand die vooruit wil. Geen afwachter, maar een beslisser.
