De functie inhoud Wat doe jij als Werfleider regio Gent?

  • Je volgt 3 à 4 werven gelijktijdig op en brengt ze wekelijks een bezoek om de voortgang te bewaken.
  • Je stelt werfverslagen op en controleert vorderingsstaten nauwgezet op juistheid en volledigheid.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit op de werf: alles wordt uitgevoerd conform het lastenboek en de geldende planning.
  • Je leidt werfvergaderingen met aannemers en de bouwheer en communiceert helder naar alle betrokken partijen.
  • Tijdens je eerste jaar word je stap voor stap ingewerkt door senior werfleiders: de begeleiding gebeurt grotendeels op de werven zelf, aangevuld met minimum één dag per week vanuit de vestiging in Oostende.

Onze klant Je toekomstige werkgever is een gespecialiseerd architectenbureau met meer dan honderd jaar geschiedenis, actief in de bouw van zorg- en onderwijsinfrastructuur zoals ziekenhuizen, woonzorgcentra en scholen. Met twee kantoren (Gent en Oostende) en een team van zo'n 60 collega's (projectarchitecten, tekenaars, interieur- en landschapsarchitecten en werfleiders) werken ze aan grote projecten, doorgaans met een bouwwaarde van meer dan €1 miljoen, verspreid over heel België. De sfeer is collegiaal en hecht: twee architectenkantoren met dezelfde visie groeiden samen tot één bureau waar vakmanschap en menselijkheid hand in hand gaan. Voor technische profielen telt hier niet alleen het project, maar ook de begeleiding: je groeit stap voor stap, gesteund door ervaren collega's op de werven zelf. Als Werfleider herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten:

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma Architect, Burgerlijk Ingenieur-Architect of Industrieel Ingenieur Bouwkunde en hebt je stage als architect afgerond.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent bereid om 100% werfgericht te werken en schrikt er niet van terug om regelmatig te rijden voor projecten verspreid over heel België.
  • Je bent een teamplayer, maar weet ook assertief je standpunt te verdedigen wanneer dat nodig is op de werf.
